Delivery Policy

Services and delivery times

The following delivery times are guidelines to what we aim to achieve. There may be occasions where these cant be met which are beyond our control.

• Small Parcels

  • There are a range of services availiable via parcel2Go ranging from parcel drop off service to next day and up to 3 day delivery

• Vehicle Collection - Collection and delivery dates are specified by the client.

• Local Delivery

  • Standard - 3 working days

• National Delivery

  • Economy - 3 working days

  • Next Day - 1 working day

  • Monday-Friday AM/PM - 1 working day

  • Saturday AM - Collections made on friday for next day

  • Saturday PM - Collections made on friday for next day

  • Time Specific - 1 working day

• Dangerous Goods By Road - We will aim to meet the date which you would like but this service is custom to each clients needs.

Third Parties

For some of our services we may call upon the use of a third party company to help deliver your parcels.

Small Parcels - We use Parcel2Go to provide this service.

National - We use CFT to provide this service.

Appropriate Packaging

Any item(s) sent to us is required to be packaged appropriately. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged to do improper packaging.

For pallets (non oversized) There is a weight limit of 1 Ton per pallet unless otherwise stated, All pallets must be adequatly wrapped and safe for movement.

All items must clearly have attached a delivery note stating a return address and delivery address which shows contact details and the main contact person
